Carbon fiber prepreg cloth is made by uniformly and firmly compounding epoxy resin on carbon fiber through advanced high-pressure and high-temperature technology. With carbon fiber yarn, epoxy resin, release paper and other materials as the main raw materials, it is manufactured through a series of rigorous and precise processes such as coating, hot pressing, cooling, film covering and winding, and is also often called carbon fiber prepreg cloth.
Our factory focuses on the production of high-performance carbon fiber prepreg cloth series products of T700-T1100 grade with stable characteristics and excellent quality, including unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg cloth, unidirectional glass fiber prepreg cloth, carbon fiber fabric prepreg cloth, hybrid fabric prepreg, etc., which fully cover strategic fields such as aerospace, new energy equipment and rail transit. The prepreg products cover multi-resin systems such as epoxy, bismaleimide (BMI) and polyimide, meeting the military-grade weather resistance standards. 1.Temperature and humidity dual-control environment: The carbon fiber prepreg workshop has built a constant temperature (23±1℃) and constant humidity (RH60%±2.5%) clean workshop, exceeding the requirements of ASTM D3531 standard.
2.Nano-level resin impregnation: Adopting the independently developed gradient impregnation process, the resin content fluctuation is ≤±1.5% (industry average ±3.5%).
3.Tension coordinated control: Integrating a tension sensing system to realize linear control of 0-1000N/m, ensuring the fiber straightness deviation is ≤0.3°.
