Carbon Fiber Fabric(3K Twill/plain)

Our carbon fiber bidirectional fabrics are made from Sinofibers high-performance carbon fibers and woven in warp and weft directions by advanced Dornier rapier looms. The fabric surface has a fine and uniform texture, with distinct and well-arranged warp-weft interlacing, soft and lightweight texture, no color difference, showing high quality consistency.

In terms of weaving types, a variety of personalized customizations are available, including plain weave, twill weave, satin weave and other styles, as well as special weaving methods such as square-shaped, figure-eight-shaped and interlocking-shaped. The products are widely used in the manufacture of aircraft, automobiles, ships, sports equipment, etc.

1.Excellent mechanical properties: It has high strength and high modulus, with a tensile strength of about 2-7GPa and a tensile modulus of about 200-700GPa, which is ten times that of ordinary steel. It is lightweight with low density, and has high specific strength and specific modulus.

2.Good chemical stability: It has stable chemical properties, can withstand various acids, alkalis, oils and marine environments, does not react with chemical substances such as acids, alkalis and salts, and has good corrosion resistance and durability.

3.Outstanding thermal performance: It is high-temperature resistant. When not in contact with air and oxidants, it can withstand temperatures above 3000℃, showing excellent heat resistance.

4.Strong processability: It is soft and light, can be cut arbitrarily, and can well fit the surface of complex-shaped components without being restricted by the original structure shape. At the same time, it has various weaving structures, such as plain weave, twill weave and satin weave.
